After J & I spent some time in the Passage des Panoramas, we hopped on the subway to visit the Musée du Louvre, which houses some of the world's most famous & oldest works of art. The museum in its own right was art. The building outside & inside was so stunning in detail. Being able to see pieces of art I have always only read about was such a surreal and amazing experience. I don't have the words to express how it felt to stand in front of the Mona Lisa and just take the whole experience in. We honestly could have spent hours in this museum, however because of time constraints, we did not. I do feel we saw the works we most wanted to see.

[I am not sure why the gaps between the photos are acting wack, but I got tired of fighting with them. :)]
